2. Services Offered
Sesame Pool Services provides professional repair, maintenance, and installation services for:
- Jacuzzi and hot tub systems
- Sauna equipment and heaters
- Steam room generators and controls
- Swimming pool equipment and systems
- Related plumbing and electrical work
All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and parts availability.

3.2 Diagnosis Fee
A diagnosis fee of $40 applies for on-site inspection and assessment. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair work.
3.3 Quotations
All quotations are:
- Provided in writing (email, WhatsApp, or written document)
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to change if additional issues are discovered during repair
- Fixed-price for the scope of work described
Any changes to the quoted scope of work will require customer approval before proceeding.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may vary based on:
- Type and complexity of repair
- Parts required
- Labor hours
- Urgency of service (emergency rates may apply)
- Location (standard island-wide coverage, no additional travel fees)
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, PayNow, credit cards (for certain jobs)
- For large projects, a deposit of 30-50% may be required before commencement
- Outstanding balances unpaid for more than 30 days may incur late payment charges
4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee
- Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance
- No-shows will be charged the full diagnosis fee
5. Warranty and Guarantees
5.1 Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all repair work performed by our technicians. This covers:
- Labor and installation quality
- Proper diagnosis and repair methodology
- Correct part installation
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence

5.2 Parts Warranty
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts: Covered by manufacturer's warranty (typically 6-12 months)
- Aftermarket parts: 30-90 days warranty depending on the part
- Used or refurbished parts (if agreed): Sold as-is with no warranty
5.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:

6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the issue and equipment
- Grant safe and reasonable access to the equipment requiring service
- Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
- Inform us of any hazards (electrical, water, structural)
- Keep pets secured during service visits
- Clear the work area of personal belongings and obstructions
- Be present or arrange for an authorized representative during service
- Review and approve quotations before work proceeds
- Make timely payment as agreed
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not liable for pre-existing defects or equipment deterioration
- We are not liable for damage to property if customer failed to disclose hazards
7.2 Insurance
We maintain professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for our technicians. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7.3 Customer Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
- Inaccurate information provided by you
- Unsafe conditions at your property
- Failure to follow post-service recommendations
- Modifications made by third parties after our service
8. Emergency Services
We offer 24/7 emergency repair services for urgent issues such as:
- Water leaks causing property damage
- Electrical hazards
- Complete system failure
Emergency service rates apply outside regular business hours (Mon-Sun, 9am-8pm). Emergency call-out fees range from $80-$150 depending on time and day, which will be clearly quoted before dispatch.
9. Permits and Compliance
Where required by law:
- We will obtain necessary permits for electrical and plumbing work
- Permit costs (if any) will be included in the quotation
- Our technicians are licensed by relevant Singapore authorities (PUB, EMA)
- All work complies with Singapore Building and Construction Authority regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sesame Pool Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
